We ship from our headquarters in Kelowna, BC Canada.  We strive to ship out all orders the next day.  Depending on the shipping address location, most customers should receive their order in 7-10 days depending on the shipping chosen at check out and your location.


Items that have been purchased on a pre-order will ship out 1-2 days after we have received them.

For all online returns, please contact the customer service department to get a return authorization.  Use the contact us form and provide as much detail as possible about the nature of the return including your order number and contact information.

Unopened items or defective merchandise from the Pure Salt web site can be returned for shop credit within 14 days from the date of purchase. Returns will not be accepted after the 14 day period. The item must be returned in the original packaging, all packaging must be intact with tags attached, and it must be in new unused/unwashed condition. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be credited. 

For apparel and footwear items, we will accept unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise, with the original sales receipt/packing slip and price tags still attached, within 14 days.

All costs associated with your return are your responsibility. We suggest you obtain a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for lost packages. We do not offer refunds on original or return shipping charges.

Unfortunately, exchanges cannot be processed through the mail. If you would like an exchange, you can return the original item by mail for a refund, and then place a new order for the item you need.

Returns will not be accepted without the original sales/gift receipt or packing slip and a returns authorization. All returns are subject to verification of original sale, and we reserve the right to limit returns.
